PROs:

✅ Solid hints and marked locations on the map

✅ Atmospheric and tragic

CONs:

❌ Hard-to-read subtitles

❌ Limited resolution options (requires Steam launch commands)

❌ A lot of slow backtracking (back and forth)

❌ No useful audio sliders

❌ “Black Butterfly” segment sucks if you die (can’t restart without restarting the whole game)

❌ Very dull walking sim elements

Comments:

Let me get the good stuff out of the way first: the game is atmospheric and features a mysterious, tragic story. That’s about it.

As for the bad… ignoring the lack of technical features, the “walking sim” part was the worst of it. 95% of the time, nothing is happening while you walk; you just collect a key item and run back and forth 500 times per story chapter. There is no nice scenery, no dynamics, and almost no events. As far as walking sims go, this is a very boring one. After the first hour and a half, I decided to use a speedhack to crank the dull walking parts up to 5x speed… otherwise, I would have dropped this game much sooner.

Also, the “Black Butterfly” story segment was a disaster. I got into a house, a woman chased me, I saw a black cat and followed it into a dead end, got murdered, and then—the end. Roll credits, pretty much. I have zero interest in doing the whole thing over again, even though the game apparently has multiple endings.

Anyhow, don’t bother. There are better games in this genre.
